APEX PROVISIONAL MEMBERS
• Provisional Members may be returned to Full Membership by the sending of an application email to the Director of Memberships requesting their web sites be re-evaluated for return to Full Membership in that that the relevant CHARTER - PART III - APEX MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS, OBLIGATIONS, TYPES AND PRIVILEGES - B } MEMBERSHIP OBLIGATIONS - Items #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6, #6a, #6b, #6c, #6d, #7, #8, #8a, #8i, #8ii, #9, #9a, #9b, #10 and #10a (under circumstances as described within the APEX Charter Membership obligations) are now being met.
• We must advise that APEX Provisional Membership is not a permanent APEX feature and all listed websites will be removed by no later than the end of September 2010. This means owners of listed APEX Provisional Member websites will be required to apply for a new APEX Membership. Site owners will be contacted prior to listing removal.
